Surrey- Now you can request all of your driving records online. There’s no charge and if you’re really in a rush, the process is mobile-friendly.

Sam Corea with ICBC said, "it means an increase in efficiency at the corporation and hopefully, better customer service. we have some half-million requests of this type,” says Corea. “Then the additional request is for insurance and claims history reports — about 97,000 of those each year. So, there are quite a few requests for this type of information.”

Corea says now it can all be done with the click of a mouse on the corporation’s website.

“There, you can make the request. There are some safeguards in there, as well — they ask you a couple of questions. Then, it will arrive in your inbox relatively quickly.”
